January 2010 -- Canvas by Canvas made a featured television appearance on the morning variety show,
Good Morning Texas, on WFAA Channel 8.

July - September 2009 -- Canvas by Canvas was invited to display thirty of their paintings at the Old Post
Office and Art Museum in Graham, Texas.

May/September 2009 -- Canvas by Canvas is honored to have been one of 12 area artists to be invited to
exhibit a  painting at the
Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.  Boot Scootin' is
on display from May 21 through September 6, 2009.

April/May 2009 -- Two Canvas by Canvas paintings, "From His Bounty" and "His Love is Magnified" were
juried into the
PCPC Arts Festival, Parables:  Surprised by the Truth.

During the month of
March and April 2009, over a dozen Canvas by Canvas paintings were shown in the
Tripoli Gallery at the
La Cima Club (Mustang Plaza) in Las Colinas, Texas.  An Artist's Reception was held April
24, 2009.

From
November 2008 through April 2009, several Canvas by Canvas paintings were on display at  Artists'
Showplace, 15615 Coit Road, Dallas, Texas.

During the month of
October 2008, and for the second year in a row, Canvas by Canvas was invited to hang
a dozen of their favorite paintings at the
Fort Worth Petroleum Club.

September 6, 2008  Gallery Night in Ft. Worth and Arlington.  Canvas By Canvas showed 14 paintings at the
Fort Worth Community Art Center.   They also had two giclées at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens.

July 19th - August 19th 2008 Canvas by Canvas had its first show at the Upstairs Gallery with CBC paintings
and the personal paintings of Canvas by Canvas members.

May 2008   Canvas by Canvas was invited to show three of their paintings:  King of the Road, Hootin' Nannies,
and Circle of Friends -- in
 Art Splash On the Square, the annual national juried show held in Graham Texas.

May 2008 Two Canvas by Canvas paintings:  Poppin' Poppies and A Sticky Situation -- were accepted into the
2008 ART IN THE GARDEN sale and show in September at the Fort Worth, Texas Botanic Garden.

April 2008 The Canvas by Canvas painting of apples, "The Core of Sin", was sold at the Park Cities
Presbyterian Church Art Festival 2008, a juried show of over 150 works of art.  This year's competition chose
the Book of Genesis as its inspiration.  The show was on display at the Gables Villa Rosa, 2650 Cedar Springs
Avenue, Dallas, Texas from April 5 through 13.

March 28, 2008 Seven members of Canvas by Canvas were seen standing beside their painting "The Red
Lantern"  in a 360˚ panoramic photograph of artists exhibiting their work in the 2008 Fort Worth Community
Arts Center Biennial.

March 3, 2008  Several members attended the Park City Presbyterian Church Reception in Dallas to
celebrate CBC's acceptance into the
PCPC Arts Festival 2008 juried show "Beginnings: Genesis" .  The
painting submitted by CBC was titled "The Core of Sin" (Apples)

February 29, March 1st and 2nd 2008  Canvas by Canvas participated in the "All Texas Home and Garden
Show" with
Neil Sperry at the Arlington Convention Center, and had the pleasure of several lengthy
conversations with this talented author, photographer, radio personality, garden expert, and community
volunteer.  We also were approached by a Kemp Gallery (Wichita Falls) representative about having a show
there and by a representative of The Ft. Worth Botanical Society to enter their show this Spring.

February 2, 2008  CBC donated a large (38" x 38") framed and matted giclée of "Annette's Circle of Friends"
to the Arlington Museum of Art's Shine 2008:  Black and White Gala and Auction.  Many personal paintings
were also donated and sold by CBC members.

2007 was a banner year for Canvas by Canvas as two of its paintings -- "The Good Shepherd" and "A Table
Before Me" -- were featured in the  book "23 on 23:  23 Explorations of the 23rd Psalm", written and collected
by Dr. Pete Deison of Park Cities Presbyterian Church.  

On
December 25, 2007, Veria TV (Dish Network Channel 9575) featured Canvas by Canvas in their TV
series,  
The Art of Living Gallery.  This segment was entitled, The Art of the Community.  Several CBC
members were seen being interviewed.  The episode was filmed earlier at the Upstairs Gallery in Arlington,
Texas and showed Canvas by Canvas at work on one of their original paintings, "
Can You Hear Me Now?"
which is available for sale on their website.

CBC was invited to show 6 of their large canvases at Teesie's Attic for their Home for the Holidays store grand
opening.  Located in the Highlands, Arlington's newest shopping area, Teesie's Attic is a trendy upscale
boutique with modern brands not before available in Arlington.   
December 2007 to present.

Canvas by Canvas was invited by the Petroleum Club of Fort Worth, Texas to hang 16 of their paintings during
the month of
October 2007.  The Petroleum Club hosted a reception for the artists on October 25.

"Old Red" won Third Place in the 4th Annual Front Street Festival's Juried Show, sponsored by the Arlington
Historical Society
